Exactly what is "Built Green"?
Built Green is the concept of becoming sensitive to our environment by accomplishing the development of natural water flow, reducing construction waste and the design and implementation of using materials and equipment that promote good indoor air quality and the efficient uses of natural resources and energy.
 To Qualify for the elite status of using the Built Green logo, a qualified Builder must use and comply with a checklist of building strategies with point values associated with each item that will then rate the project from a 1-5 "STAR". To achieve a 4-5 star rating a neutral 3rd party is engages to evaluate and certify all stages of qualification are met. Greenleaf Construction is proud to be a participant in the future sustainability and eco-friendliness to our community.
